Our company has made PLC programs and moreover programmed and designed the graphics for all of the HMI screens for a complete assembly line for the production of Biodegradable Polymers from the initial raw phase until the formation of Polymer Webs which were used for the production of baby diapers. One of our latest projects involves the commissioning of protein separators which have included PLC and HMI programming, Hardware Configuration, IO testing, Troubleshooting, and filling out Software Design Specifications.
We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Automated Manufacturing Practice Rev. 5 (GAMP-5).
